Luxe Scentquisite
At Luxe Scentquisite, every product is handmade in small batches to ensure quality and attention to detail. Due to the nature of handmade wax products and bath items, please read the policy below before placing an order.
Returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving their goods.
However, due to hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened or used.
Eligible Returns
Items may be returned if they:
• Are unused and unopened
• Are in their original packaging
• Are returned within 14 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as Luxe Scentquisite cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Wax melts
• Candles
• Bath bombs
• Bath and body products
• Any item that has been opened or used
• Custom or personalised orders
• Sale or clearance items
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged or faulty item
• Photos of the packaging if applicable
Once reviewed, we will offer either:
• A replacement, or
• A full refund, including original delivery costs where applicable.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Allergies & Product Safety
Our products may contain fragrance oils, essential oils, colourants, and cosmetic ingredients.
Customers are responsible for checking product descriptions before purchasing. Luxe Scentquisite cannot be held responsible for reactions caused by known allergies or sensitivities.
